Where do you get your products?

We work directly with U.S. based manufacturers and distribution centers to bring in overstock, discontinued, and closeout products. Many times, our products can still be currently found at retail stores.

Do you sell used items?

No, we do not bring in any used or open box items. Although rarely some of these kinds of items can slip through the cracks, we strive to purchase only brand new, first quality products.

How much am I saving by shopping with you?

Our discounts will vary depending on the item, however for most of our items, you can expect to save about 40-60% compared to big box retailers.

Do you offer any kind of warranty?

All items will come with a minimum 2 week store guarantee. That means, if you receive anything that is defective, we will exchange it for the same item within 2 weeks. If we aren’t able to do that, we will issue you a full refund. For appliances, we also include a 1 year third party warranty starting from the day you make the purchase. Some appliances may even include a manufacturer’s warranty.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. But not to worry. We back all of our products and guarantee them just like a retail store would. We will replace the item for the same item if something was wrong with it before it left our store.

Do you offer delivery?

Although our company does not offer delivery services, we can refer you to some of our local delivery companies that have helped our customers with deliveries since 2018.

Can you help me load up my items?

Absolutely. Our certified warehouse associates are here to help you load up any heavy items into your vehicle. We can also load up your truck with pallets using our forklifts if necessary. 

Do you offer installation services?

We can refer you to our preferred flooring installer.

Do you buy items from the general public?

No. We only purchase through verified manufacturers and distributors to ensure that you are getting the best quality products possible.

Are you open to the public?

Yes. Anyone can come into our warehouse and shop with us. 

Do you offer additional discounts?

Due to our already rock bottom pricing, we are not able to apply any additional discounts.

Do you have another location?

No. Norcross is our only current location.

Can I bring back unused material for a refund?

No. We want to ensure that each and every customer is receiving a new and unreturned item, so we have a strict policy regarding returns (please see our return policy).
